How long will my item take?
We strive to fulfill all orders within 5 – 7 business days once payment is made. We take great pride and time in completing all orders exactly how you want them – so please understand that all custom and bulk orders may require a slightly longer handle time. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make it right.
What is the cost of the 3D printing service?
We charge $1 per hour of 3D printing. The time is based on the quality of print you ask for and the estimated time the slicing software provides to us. We do not provide any post processing aside from removing any large supports from the print. We do not print any trademarked or copyrighted items.
What is the cost of Laser Etching and Marking?
Please contact us for any custom Laser Etching and Marking. We can offer a bulk discount on running the same logo on multiple items.
Where are you located?
We are located in the OKC Metro area. All items ship from here and estimated shipping times can be calculated from this zone.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the United States and it’s territories.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer bulk discounts on orders of 24 or more shirts or drinkware. All items must use the same design/logo with no changes between the item (aside from shirt size).
Do you charge tax?
We currently charge sales tax in the state of Oklahoma only. If you are tax exempt, then please contact us so that we can get everything in place to ensure your exemption is setup properly.
