Returns and Refund Policy

This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return or refund on your order. This policy covers our custom made products.

What Items are eligible for returns?

Damaged and defective items are eligible for returns and/or refunds.  Please provide photo evidence of the damaged/defective items.

 Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed and retain all tags to be accepted for returns.

Personalized item sales are final.  The only exception to this is if a spelling mistake was made by us that is different than the name provided with the order.

 

How many days do I have to return my item?

We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unhappy with your order. 

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

You will need to cover the return shipping cost.  

What type of refund can I expect?

If you return your order within the 14-day window, we will refund you by the payment method used.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt of the item, we will submit the refund through the payment method used.  We will notify you when we initiate the action.  You will receive the refund in the timeline set by the payment processor.

How much will the refund be?

The refund will cover your order amount including shipping cost, unless you have chosen a non-standard delivery method such as expedited or express shipping.

We may not refund the shipping cost for orders that are partially returned.
